The County of Riverside accepts Visa & MasterCard transactions by phone. Please phone our Desert office at:
760-863-8271 to complete your credit card transactions.**

Please have all project/permit information ready.

** We DO NOT accept credit cards for: Mitigation Fees, Security Deposits/Bonds, Code Enforcement Fees, Encroachment Fees, Business License Fees, Some Transportation Permits (oversize loads), Paper Prints, GIS Reports and Maps, Building & Safety Records, (All Oasis Receipts)

The Riverside County Transportation & Land Management Agency has two offices to serve the public.

Each office provides an array of in-person services with representatives from the Environmental Health, Fire, Building and Safety, Planning, and Transportation Departments. Information for these departments can be obtained at any office. You may also see our online services section to see what services are provided over the internet.
