Welcome to TLMA
The County of Riverside Transportation & Land Management Agency (TLMA) is the umbrella agency for six county departments. They are the Planning Department, Building & Safety Department, Transportation Department, Code Enforcement Department, Environmental Programs Department and the Administrative Services Department. In total, TLMA employs more than 800 dedicated public servants who strive to meet the needs of the residents of Riverside County.

TLMA Administrative Services
The Administrative Services Department of the Transportation and Land Management Agency provides the following services:
- Management of three consolidated land development and permit centers located in Riverside, Murrieta and Indio
- Fiscal services for TLMA, including administration of the deposit-based fee accounts, accounts receivable and payable
- Information technology services including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the Land Management System (LMS); Demographics and all TLMA computers and systems; and
- Administrative service for human resources, purchasing and facilities support for all of TLMA.
