Countywide Design Guidelines

Second Supervisorial District Design Guidelines - Last Updated: October 2002

The 2nd District Design Guidelines are applicable to all current Commercial projects. They also apply to Residential projects approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to January 13, 2004. For Residential projects approved after 1/13/04, please see Countywide Design Guidelines above.

Third & Fifth District Design Guidelines - Last Updated: July 2001

The 3rd & 5th District Design Guidelines are applicable to all current Commercial projects. They also apply to Residential projects approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to January 13, 2004. For Residential projects approved after 1/13/04, please see Countywide Design Guidelines above.
