REQUEST: Specific Plan No. 00327 is a proposal to develop 960 acres combining residential, commercial, recreational, and open space element. 360 acres will be dedicated to residential uses with approximately 1449 units. 12 acre will be dedicated for commercial use and 500 acres will be dedicated to park land and open space. Environmental Impact Report No. 00439 will address environmental impacts associated with the proposal in compliance with CEQA requirements: Schedule A
