REQUEST: The Plot Plan proposes to construct a neighborhood retail shopping center consisting of a gas station, an automatic car wash, and two fast food restaurants. The proposal includes a 2,900 sq. ft. AM/PM mini-mart, a 6,600 sq. ft. gas pump canopy, a 2,100 sq. ft. drive-thru restaurant, and a 2,800 sq. ft. fast food restaurant. The proposal also includes three (3) underground fuel tanks ranging in size from 10,000 gallons to 20,000 gallons and 53 parking spaces. The proposal requests the sale of beer and wine for consumption off the premises where sold (ABC Type-20) for the proposed 2,900 sq. ft. mini-mart.
