    3.7     AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 348 to amend the following sections: (1) Section 19.2 (Advertising Regulations/Definitions) to modify the definition of an outdoor advertising display and outdoor advertising sign; (2) Sections 19.5 (For Sale, Lease or Rent Signs) and 19.6 (Subdivision Signs) are being deleted; (3) Section 18.48 B 2 (Alcoholic Beverage Sales) would be amended to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption in the A-1 (Light Agriculture) zone; (4) Planning Residential Developments (PRD's) as a permitted use are proposed for deletion in the A-1, A-2, W-2, W-2-M and R-D zones; (5) Plot plan approval would be required for public parks and public playgrounds, golf courses with standard length fairways and country clubs in those zones which currently allow these uses; (6) A cemetery would be allowed in the R-5 zone with plot plan approval; and, (7) Mobilehomes on non-permanent foundations would be allowed in the R-R zone.
