3.2    AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 348 - County Initiated - Countywide - REQUEST: (1) Provide the Planning Director with the discretion to designate a hearing body to consider a project;(2) amend the process for variance applications which will enable the variance to be processed with the same procedure as the accompanying project without the requirement that the variance be placed on the Board of Supervisor's Receive and File agenda;(3) and, amend the appeal period on all applications to be 15 days from the date of decision rather than 10 days from the date of mailing of the decision.
