Proposes to master plan 278.62 acres in the Jurupa Redevelopment
Area. The proposal includes 1,052 residential units with an overall
density of 2.6 dwelling units per acre, approximately 12 acres of
parkland, 50 acres of commercial property, 12 acres of school facilities,
and 25 acres for church facilities. The specific plan will include
ten residential Planning Areas with 44.27 acres at 7200 SF parcels
with a maximum of 185 dwelling units, 57.1 acres at 6,000 SF parcels
with a maximum of 283 dwelling units, 33.3 acres at 5,500 SF parcels
with a maximum of 172 dwelling units. The total maximum estimated
residential dwelling units would be 1,350. The Specific Plan may
involve the relocation and/or abandonment of existing streets and
utilities within the boundary of the project.
