WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION: The consulting firm of Hogle-Ireland has been under contract to prepare the updated Riverside County Land Use Ordinance since last fall. To date the new zoning designations have been developed, and work is proceeding to define the General Provisions and Administrative Sections. The zoning designations were developed to insure consistency with the new general plan. As can be seen in the draft document that has been provided, the new designations closely follow the foundation elements and land use categories set forth in the general plan. Hogle-Ireland staff will provide a presentation to summarize their efforts to date, and the opportunity to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
