REQUEST: The Board of Supervisors approved Tentative Tract Map No. 32628 on November 7, 2006 for the subdivision of 30.54 acres into five (5) multi-family parcels with a minimum lot size of 5 acres. This proposal also included the development of a residential condominium project comprised of 327 "for sale" condominium attached units. In order to comply with the Flood Control District's conditions of approval, a number of minor changes have to be made to the site plan as follows: Building 1 has been reduced from a 6-plex to a 3-plex; Building 13 was upgraded from a 3-plex to a 6-plex; Building 19 has been moved about 100-feet to the south; Building 20 has been reduced from a 6-plex to a 3-plex; Building 32 was turned 90-degrees clockwise; The sports court was relocated adjacent to the recreational building; A 6-plex was added to the south of the new location of lot 32 to make up for the reduction from 6-plex to 3-plex of buildings 1 and 20.
