A guide entitled Consultant Services Manual has been prepared to assist the Transportation Department in the use of Consultant Services. The goal of this guide was to satisfy three objectives vital to the task of coordinating a project with the use of contracted services.

The first objective is to present the fundamental concepts that are necessary to coordinate a project with specific concerns applicable to the Riverside County Transportation Department.

The second objective is to orient Contract Administrators to the basic procedures the Transportation Department is using to manage projects.

The third objective is to create a single manual that will be a ready desk reference and source of information for Contract Administrators to allow a more effective performance of their assignments, rather than requiring them to research several documents and information sources. This web page provides access the the Consultant Services Manual in an electronic format. The links are provided below along with descriptions for each.
