Improvement Plan Check
The Transportation Department provides review, plan checking and approval for all street improvement plans, water/sewer plans, storm drain plans, grading plans, landscaping plans, and signing and striping plans for all subdivisions and land development projects. All work within dedicated existing and future right-of-way needs as well as private streets to be reviewed.
