NPDES Guidance For Transportation Department Projects

 

The Riverside County Transportation Department complies with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System that is also known as NPDES.  There are three(3) Regional Boards in Riverside County: the Santa Ana, Santa Margarita, and Whitewater Regional Water Quality Control Boards. Each jurisdiction imposes regulations and permit requirements that regulate water quality in Riverside County.
