The Highway Operations Section is responsible for the maintenance of County roads and a relatively small amount of force account roadway construction. The maintenance crews preserve the roads, bridges, traffic signals and signs, provide inventory management, warehousing of supplies and equipment and maintenance of the large heavy construction equipment.
