Welcome to TLMA
The County of Riverside Transportation & Land Management Agency (TLMA) is the umbrella agency for six county departments. They are the Planning Department, Building & Safety Department, Transportation Department, Code Enforcement Department, Environmental Programs Department and the Administrative Services Department. In total, TLMA employs more than 800 dedicated public servants who strive to meet the needs of the residents of Riverside County.
New Updates
Reduction in TUMF Fees
On November 24, 2009, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a 50% reduction in Western Riverside County Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fees (WRTUMF) effective January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
New Application Processing Agreement
Effective January 1, 2010: To ensure that property owners and applicants are fully informed on deposit-based fee requirements, the Transportation Land Management Agency (TLMA) will be requiring that property owners and applicants sign a LAND USE and PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESSING AGREEMENT at the time of submittal for all DBF applications.
