Welcome to TLMA

They are the Planning Department, Building & Safety Department, Transportation Department, Code Enforcement Department, Environmental Programs Department and the Administrative Services Department. In total, TLMA employs more than 600 dedicated public servants who strive to meet the needs of the residents of Riverside County.

Temporary 50% DIF Reduction Expires June 30, 2013

The current temporary 50% reduction for Developer Impact Fees (DIF) expires June 30, 2013.The fees will be further amended when the New DIF Program comes into effect in the Fall of 2013. For general questions on the DIF Program please contact the TLMA Fee Administrator at 951-955-6574.
