With our local Code Enforcement officers, we are assisting families living in low/moderate income areas with funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). These revenues help to remove substandard mobile homes and structures, decrease outside storage, and remedy code violations. This benefits our residents because it promotes safe and healthy living conditions, and advocates a strong sense of pride for homes and local communities.

We provide services such as free community cleanups, informational fairs, and public service projects. Our newest public service project is the Clean Money Fundraising Program taking place in Temescal Valley. Not only does this program remove the damage of illegal dumping from our neighborhoods but it also gives non-profit youth organizations the ability to fundraise. All these services provide our residents the opportunity to get involved and make a positive impact in their neighborhoods. Thanks to local volunteers, the Community Improvement Program is truly able to create a greater impact.
