citizens of Riverside County with courteous, efficient and cost effective services with
the goal of improving the quality of life and orderly economic development by the
provision and management of grading, building inspection and code enforcement within
the integrated Transportation and Land Management Agency activities.

Goals
- Implement Business License Program
- Implement Graffiti Licensing Program
- Amend County Ordinances to comply with newly adopted 2008 California Building Codes
